Shipping/ When will my order arrive

We offer free domestic shipping within the U.S., through the United States Postal Service using the First Class Mail Service. Arrives within 2-3 business days. Excluding weekends and holidays.

Expedited shipping. Through the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail Express Service. Cost is $35, arrives 1-2 business days. Including weekends and holidays.

International shipping. 3-5 day delivery through DHL worldwide service. Cost may vary and is calculated at checkout. Excluding weekends and holidays. 


Returns & Exchanges

*Holiday return and exchange times: Holiday orders purchased between Nov. 1st and Dec. 31st. Returns and Exchanges are accepted through Jan 15th. (Standard return conditions still applies)

You may return your creation to the us within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or refund to the original credit card. Or merchandise credits.

You may return your RealJade pieces in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. We will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way. Please refer to the return & exchanges policy
